My leadership style is built on accountability, communication, and leading by example. Having progressed from tradesperson to Leading Hand and Supervisor roles, I've successfully led teams across multiple work fronts, mentored apprentices, coordinated contractors, and fostered strong safety cultures. I focus on creating clarity, supporting team performance, and ensuring people have the tools and direction needed to succeed. 

 I have extensive experience delivering projects from planning through to execution and commissioning. Whether coordinating labour and materials, managing schedules, or overseeing site activities, I take a practical and outcomes-focused approach to project delivery. My work has included mining infrastructure upgrades, remote isolation systems, access control installations, conveyor and mill commissioning, and other critical operational projects delivered safely and on schedule.  

 Strong relationships are at the core of successful project and operational outcomes. I have worked closely with clients, engineers, contractors, supervisors, and operational teams to align expectations, communicate progress, and resolve challenges. My ability to translate technical information into practical conversations helps build trust, maintain stakeholder confidence, and ensure projects and operations continue moving forward effectively.
